Terms of service

At Purkal, every product is handmade with care, time, and heart. Because of the nature of our work and the small-batch process, we follow the policies below to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

1. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. As every piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in stores, and vice versa.
4. Refunds are not issued for wrong or incomplete shipping addresses.
5. Refunds are not issued after three failed delivery attempts or if the parcel is refused.
6. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and mark “Received Damaged” on the courier slip. Our team will assist you.
