Shipping policy

On placing one's order, the customer will receive an email containing a summary of the purchased items and also the estimated delivery time. From the date of placing an order, we would normally take 4-10 working days to deliver. In case of an MTO/ Memoru Quilt order, the timileine is different and must connect with the team via WhatsApp. For some areas, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such a case, we shall proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for updates.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down the package through our courier partner. We ship via Bluedart who is a reliable logistics partner. If someone else accepted the delivery. Kindly wait for a few hours and check at your doorstep/office/society reception for the arrival of the assigned courier partner associate. Kindly wait until the end of the day. In case you are still unable to locate the shipment. It becomes imperative that the customer write to us within 72 hours from delivery date so the matter is escalated & investigated thoroughly. Post 72 hours we will not be able to help with the misplaced package.
