Damages & Cancellation Policy

At Purkal Stree Shakti, each product is handcrafted with care, and to ensure fair and transparent order processing, we allow cancellations only within 48 hours of placing an order. No cancellations are accepted after this period, as production and packing begin promptly, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has moved into the shipping or dispatch stage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@purkalstreeshakti.com with your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the unopened outer packaging, shipping label, and the damage, as this evidence is required for verification. Once reviewed, our team will offer the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund. For any refunds approved by Purkal Stree Shakti, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
